remain the sole property of the respective user or business.

GrocerPro does not claim ownership of user-generated business data.

Users grant GrocerPro a limited, non-exclusive right to:

  • Transmit data

solely for the purpose of delivering and maintaining the Services.

9. GST, Taxation and Regulatory Compliance

GrocerPro provides software tools to assist businesses in managing taxes and compliance.

However:

  • GrocerPro does not act as a tax consultant, accountant, auditor, or legal advisor.
  • Users remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax calculations, GST returns, reports, and statutory filings.
  • Users should seek professional advice where required.

GrocerPro shall not be liable for penalties, fines, or losses arising from incorrect tax filings or regulatory non-compliance.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to GrocerPro, including:

  • User interfaces

  • Trademarks

remain the exclusive property of GrocerPro and its licensors.

No part of the platform may be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

12. Service Availability

Maintenance activities, upgrades, internet failures, or technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

13. Backups and Disaster Recovery

  • Data recovery cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

GrocerPro shall not be liable for losses arising from data corruption, deletion, cyberattacks, hardware failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrocerPro, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
